What’s working well?
I have been sending this weekly Friday blog for a little over 2 years now. For those of you who know me, sticking with something this long is a major accomplishment. One of my top 5 strengths is Activator, and that means I’m really good at taking action and getting things started but once things are up and running smoothly, I get disinterested and move on to a new challenge.
