What’s working well?
I have been sending this weekly Friday blog for a little over 2 years now. For those of you who know me, sticking with something this long is a major accomplishment. One of my top 5 strengths is Activator, and that means I’m really good at taking action and getting things started but once things are up and running smoothly, I get disinterested and move on to a new challenge.
So it’s time to hear from you! I need your help to keep my “stick-to-it-ness” going! What’s working well for you regarding employee engagement? I think talking about engagement is a good starting point, even if it’s just raising awareness that engagement is something that matters. I’m at the stage of collecting feedback regarding the four drivers of engagement with my team. I’m excited to see what they come up with and more so to explore what sort of an action plan we can come up with.
